We are experts in campaign strategy, organizing, communications, digital advocacy, creative content, and policy research. We are former teachers, attorneys, researchers, and campaign staff. We are – proudly – a nonprofit organization.
Reshma is a Founding Partner of P.A.C.E., overseeing fundraising, internal operations and a select number of engagements with partners and school leaders.
Before co-founding P.A.C.E., Reshma held leadership positions at Families for Excellent Schools, Partnership for Educational Justice, Achievement First, and Teach For America. She has an M.P.A. from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service and a B.A. in Urban Studies and Political Science from Rutgers College. She is also an alumna of The Broad Residency in Urban Education.
Reshma lives in Brooklyn, NY, and she enjoys spending time with her family, hosting small dinners, and being in nature.
Sean is a Founding Partner of P.A.C.E. He oversees advocacy, communications & electoral campaigns and leads new partnership and earned revenue growth.
Before co-founding P.A.C.E., Sean served as the Chief Program Officer at Families for Excellent Schools (FES) and the Chief of Staff for Democrats for Education Reform (DFER). Sean also spent over two years as the Deputy Field Director at Education Reform Now (ERN).
Sean is from New York, has lived abroad in Morocco and Mexico, and lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and three young kids.
Sara is P.A.C.E.’s Director of People & Operations and manages all internal & partner training & development, internal operations & finance, and select engagements with partners and school leaders.
Sara has over a decade of experience in education, working in schools as a middle school teacher, teacher coach and now in advocacy. She holds an M.A. in Urban Education Policy from Brown University and a B.A. in International Relations, Middle Eastern Studies, and Policy Studies from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School.
Sara is from Rochester, NY and currently lives in Denver, CO.

Managing Director of Communications and Campaign Strategy
Will is P.A.C.E.’s Managing Director of Communications and Campaign Strategy and oversees all communications, media, digital, and creative work for P.A.C.E.’s partners. Will has over a decade of experience leading media, advocacy, and political campaigns.
Will lives in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife and son.
Nathan is P.A.C.E.’s Director of Research & Policy. In this role, he develops the research arguments that serve as the bedrock of effective advocacy, electoral, and communications campaigns. He also develops and maintains the systems that P.A.C.E. uses to track partnership, impact, and team utilization.
Prior to joining P.A.C.E.’s founding team, Nathan led a national research and policy team at Families for Excellent Schools and began his career in New York City at Marathon Strategies.
Nathan attended Washington & Lee University as both an undergraduate and a law student, obtaining his B.A. in Classics and his J.D. He currently lives in Texas.
As the Director of External Relations & Development at P.A.C.E., Kelly manages fundraising, marketing & brand engagement, new partnership development, and select partner campaigns.
Kelly began her career as a high school teacher in the Bronx and has over a decade of experience in education, advocacy, and campaign work. She holds an M.A. in Education and a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology.
She lives in Northern Vermont with her young family.
Sean is P.A.C.E.’s Creative Manager. Sean manages and produces creative content, including graphic design, video, photography, animation, and other media, for P.A.C.E.’s campaigns, branding, website and social media channels.
Sean has almost a decade of experience in taking multiple brands from ideation to distribution through media content creation, full social media management & analysis, marketing consultation, and media campaign development.
Sean is from Brooklyn, New York and graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Film Studies.
They now live in Tampa, Florida. In their spare time, they enjoy biking, practicing and learning more about astrology, cooking nutritious meals, and building their spirituality.
Jason is P.A.C.E.’s Managing Director of Program. Jason supports P.A.C.E.’s partners in implementing voter participation and advocacy campaigns, including organizing, event management, and community and elected engagement.
Before working at P.A.C.E., Jason spent eight years in multiple roles at Families for Excellent Schools. Before that, he was an educator in Richmond, CA.
Jason is from Manteca, CA, and holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from the University of California, Berkeley. Jason currently lives in Benicia, CA.
